Things wear out—this is a simple fact of life. It’s practical to want things to last, and through regular maintenance we attempt to make them last longer. But what about our bodies? Do we put an appropriate amount of effort into maintaining them?
Wouldn’t it be nice to keep headaches at a bare minimum? Or eliminate them completely? Enduring chronic headaches is no way to live and can negatively impact your quality of life.
Does it sometimes hurt to be around bright lights or loud noises? Does your head pound when you have a migraine headache?

We all have our own personal bubbles, an area of space which we prefer to keep unoccupied.
Even if you’re not consciously thinking about it, right now you can probably feel the floor beneath your feet, the clothes on your body, and your mouse (or phone depending where you’re reading this) in your hand.
You would think it’s pretty easy to have a chat with your own brain—isn’t this what we do every day as we think to ourselves? Well yes, in theory, but what about the side of your brain that is below the level of conscious awareness: the innate brain?
The Metric equivalent of this popular saying is nonetheless effective in communicating something we have all no doubt experienced. Problems are typically more easily and quickly fixed if they are caught early.
Sometimes problems aren’t as straightforward as they seem at first glance. Logic would dictate that a headache is most likely caused by something in the head, right?
